Rebuild SWLA

Southwest Louisiana was devastated by the damage that Hurricanes Laura and Delta did to our area. Followed by a major freeze and a catastrophic flood to our city, Lake Charles is still working to recover. We have made great strides in recovering and rebuilding homes, businesses, and lives. However, there is still much work to be done.

We want you to be a part of the impact!

If you have skills that you can use, gather some friends and volunteer for a weekend. Does your organization want to have a community project? We can help find a place for you to serve your community!

Whether you can donate your time or donate monetarily, your contribution matters. Together, let’s Rebuild SWLA.

When you volunteer through this website, you are partnering with SWLA Responds.

SWLA Responds is a coalition of 40 churches of varying denominations with the purpose of seeing our city restored – both physically and spiritually.

We would love to have you serve with us for a day, a weekend, a week, or even more! There is much to still be done to help our city recover and get back on its feet. Come be a part of the solution.
